Youth VIBe! — IGNITE (Junior High) meets Sunday's from 3PM to 5PM. IMPACT (Senior High) meets Wednesdays from 7PM to 8:30PM at the home of Michael and Tifnie Queen.
There are more opportunities for youth than we can list here in this section. NEW for 2010! Youth ViBe becomes age-orientated in its ministry focus! We have shifted into two separate ministry focuses, which will encoumpass both junior high (IGNITE) and senior high (IMPACT) youth. The two groups will begin meeting separately, while occasionally doing larger activities together. Also, gathering times and days may change or extend based on the activities planned. In addition to devotional and teaching time, our youth participate in lots of fellowship and fun activities, like swimming, "dive in theatre," music/concerts, and more. Additionally, our youth participate in various Conference and District events, like "Splash" at Wet n' Wild Emerald Point, C2SX (Choose2Share Christ) at Lake Junaluska, SPIRITUS at Oak Island, and more. TWEEN ministry! — EVOLVE (Tweens) meets Sundays from 3PM to 5PM. (NEW!)
For those kids who are caught in beTWEEN, we have a new ministry that has just launched! Specifically designed for kids who are in 4th through 6th grades, TWEENS has become a welcomed option to the many opportunities at FaithWalk! This is an exciting new ministry, which will begin the curriculum "Grapple" in August of 2008.
